Tie Dye Saturday - October 1
Want to have some fun with tie dye? Anyone who wants to bring in an item from home to tie dye is invited to do so. Rubber bands, dye, and all other items will be furnished. The event beings at 10:00 a.m.
First Communion Instruction
November 5 - Children in second grade and higher, who have not participated in Communion, instruction have an opportunity to meet for instruction from 9:00-11:00 a.m. This is a parent/child class. The First Communion celebration for these children will happen at the 6:30 p.m. Thanksgiving Eve Worship service on Wednesday, November 23.
March 11 - Children in first grade will receive instruction on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. This is a parent/child class. The first graders will participate in the First Communion celebration on Maundy Thursday, April 13, 2017.
Advent Workshop - November 27
On the Sunday after Thanksgiving, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. in the Trinity Room, there will be crafting activities for all people and all ages! Participants choose from more than 25 activities centered on getting ready for the Advent/Christmas season. This is a great place for children to make Christmas gifts for friends and relatives! Members are encouraged to invite friends. Treats will be served throughout the afternoon.
Angel Breakfast - December 3
From 8:30-10:00 a.m., preschool and kindergarten-aged children will participate in activities, have breakfast together, and hear the Christmas Story from a special guest (an angel)! Children are invited to bring one special adult guest for this meaningful and special Christmas tradition at Trinity. Advanced registration is required for this event!
