Update 05/15/2018

The Strategic Plan Steering Committee (Tami Satre, Mary Jo Hanson, Anne Lindahl, Pam Westby, Herschel Day, Jim Bollinger, James Fedie, and Pastor Peter) has received ideas and feedback from church members and community partners through surveys. They have answered questions and held in-person conversations. During the month of May, the Steering Committee will distill all of the information into common themes and begin to create Strategic Initiatives. In June, the Trinity staff will review the Initiatives to plan for implementation, and the congregation will have opportunity to see and hear the initiatives in forums. After June, the Strategic Initiatives will be refined and implemented in September.

Update 04/19/2018

Trinity’s future needs you! The Strategic Planning process continues to gather information and ideas from the congregation. If you have not done so, please visit our 4 question survey link and share your thoughts. Hurry, the survey closes on April 23. When the survey is closed, the Steering Committee will determine the common themes and create draft initiatives to be shared with the congregation. There will be forums in May to provide public feedback on the draft initiatives, dates and times will be announced soon. The final drafts of initiatives, and plans for implementation, will be worked on by the staff during the summer. The plan is expected to be launched in early autumn. Thanks for your help.
